Hillyer Zine Collection

Kits and Materials

We encourage visitors to not only read zines, but to make, trade, and distribute zines of their own. We have a variety of supplies available, whether you are looking to make your first zine or your fiftieth. Our resources include:

  • Scanners and Copiers
  • BW and Color Printing
  • Magazines and other Collage Materials
  • Specialized staplers for booklets and zines
  • and more!

Along with the materials available in Hillyer, we also have kits available for check out. These include our collage kits, which contain tweezers, washi tape, mod podge, neocrayons, and exacto knives, as well as our brand new zine kits, which contain exacto knives, cardstock, thread binding supplies, bone folders, and markers. You can ask for kits at the circulation desk and check them out of the library for up to one week.
