To limit to Spanish lanaguage sources, use Advanced search.  Use keyword to find a few sources. Then to find more, click on the subject headings you see. Examples of "Subject begins with" searches:

Women  - Latin America
Women - [country name]
Feminism - [country or region]
Sex role - [country name] - History -
Population policy
Contraception - Latin America
Women's rights
Women - Societies and clubs
