Help Using Images

The Imaging Center supports teaching and learning with visual resources for the Smith community.

Students and faculty can receive instruction in the use of image presentation software including the ARTstor Offline Image Viewer (OIV) and PowerPoint.

The Imaging Center administers image hosting projects in ARTstor. It is located on level 3 of the Brown Fine Arts Center.

This resource includes more than two million images. It includes collections specific to Smith College developed to meet teaching needs in the arts, humanities, and sciences, as well as images of works from the Smith College Museum. Using Artstor provides information about searching as well as using images in papers and presentations.
