The New RefWorks (Version 3) offers a well-designed interface and many new features.  Please note that some features will continue to be under development throughout 2019. 

To create an account in the new RefWorks:

  1. Go to refworks.proquest.com and click "Create Account."
  2. Fill in your information making sure to use your institutional email address.
    (Note: You can’t sign up with @yahoo.com, @gmail.com, etc.)

Import citations from other bibliography programs such as Endnote and Reference Manager.

This software utility will enable you to import references - in-text citations, footnotes, bibliographies - into a MS Word document. See Write-n-Cite FAQ to learn more, including how to download the software.

Note: To ensure that your original paper in MS Word is secure, always make a back-up copy when you use Write-n-Cite Version 4.
